NOTES:
All sampling procedures must be in accordance with 40 CFR Part 136 and EAJSA Rules and Regulations.
Sample preservation must be performed immediately upon sample collection. Any self-monitoring conducted at the designated sample location (outlined in permit) which is in accordance with EPA approved procedure must be reported to the EAJSA (please note 1/28/00 memo). When using a different method for analysis you must notify the EAJSA prior.
